For the last two months, Inkster, Mich., quarterback Devin Gardner did not look likely to be an early enrollment candidate, but the four-star signal caller put in a lot of work in recent weeks and now is ready to move into his dorm room in Ann Arbor.

Gardner has been cleared by the NCAA to enroll early and accepted by the University of Michigan admissions, but he was waiting on Inkster High to graduate him.
