The Longhorns don't recruit out-of-state very often, and when they do it's usually a top-flight prospect. Tucker (Ga.) linebacker James Vaughters certainly fits the bill, and the Horns are showing an early interest. We caught up with Vaughters to get his thoughts on the Texas program and the recruiting process as a whole.
