Right in the heart of southern California is Moreno Valley, a town that should seemingly be a USC stronghold but standout athlete Ronald Powell, a 2010 recruit at Rancho Verde High, said he is a big SEC fan. That bodes well for Florida, which recently offered the 6-foot-4, 240-pound recruit.
