Pros: Webb developed into one of the best deep threats in the nation. He is a big athlete who has well-developed receiver skills. He is a strong player with sure hands and the deceptive speed to get into the deep seam and make a play. He gets into his routes in good shape and shows the ability to fight off the bump and run technique well. As a runner, he possesses some quickness and elusiveness that has allowed him to break plays. In the deep game, he shows fine adjustment to the ball in flight with the body control to make the tough catch. Cons: He needs to run more disciplined routes with better footwork. He lacks the ability to make the first defender miss. He must work the cornerback better and eat up his cushion quicker. At the Combine he pulled a hamstring in his first 40-yard dash. Numbers: As a senior he caught 92 passes for 1,109 yards and 10 touchdowns. Over his career he had 243 receptions for just under 3,000 yards and 20 touchdowns. His combine numbers included a 4.44-second 40-yard dash with a 10-yard split of 1.56 seconds and a 37" vertical jump and 10'6" broad jump.
