SoCal weather returns as Bruins get ready for Cal

Southern California weather returned to Spaulding field for the last practice of preparation for a very important contest with Cal. Both teams will be coming into the Rose Bowl on two game losing streaks making it an interesting contest to see who is going to right their ship.

Besides hitting a rough patch of the season, the Bruins are also fighting a little bout of the injury flu, but it looks like there is a good chance that running back Johnathan Franklin and middle linebacker Reggie Carter will see action, but it isn't known how much.

As always UCLA head coach Rick Neuheisel briefs the press after practice.

Neuheisel: "The work was good. It was a little bit of a week where we had to make adjustments due to the weather, but you know what? We're excited about playing. We just have to keep concentrating to make sure we go out and play as well as we can and let the fur fly."
