Four-star has big game

When you are considered one of the very best players n the Golden State of California you are going to attract attention from the opposition and that is exactly what four-star defensive tackle/tight end DaJohn Harris (6-4, 266, 4.9) from Gardena (Calif.) Serra.

"DaJohn has been getting frustrated because all the attention our opponents are giving him," Serra coach Scott Altenberg said. "Opposing teams are checking the play away from him at the line scrimmage. That is the ultimate sign of respect."

"DaJohn was trying so hard and it was getting to him that he wasn't racking up statistics, but now he is figuring out how to work it," Altenberg said. "He had his best game week."

"DaJohn had four tackles for loss and sack," Altenberg said. "He also played well on offense catching five passes and scored a touchdown. He also ran the ball four or five times."
