Top ranked Smith a hot commodity
As Bill Self and his staff continue to put the finishing touches on their 2009 recruiting class, they must also look beyond next year's incoming class. One player from the class of 2010, Royce Woolridge, has already committed to Kansas. However, Self and his staff are very involved with a number of elite prospects. One of those players happens to be Josh Smith, the 6-foot-10, 270-pound center from Kentwood High School in Covington, Wash. Smith currently checks in as the No. 1 ranked prospect in his class.
Smith, the No. 1 ranked center in the class of 2010, is simply in a league of his own when it comes to his on-the-court abilities. The Washington native is currently averaging 25.5-points per game.
