"UCLA plays against some of the best teams in the country playing in the Pac 10."
Bynes would like to visit UCLA but an unofficial visit is out of the question.
"I can't take an unofficial visit to UCLA because we start practicing for our season next week," Bynes said. "I would love to take an official visit to UCLA if they offer me one."
Distance and location will not be a consideration in Bynes' decision.
"It doesn't matter wherein the country I play," Bynes said. "As long as I get a chance to showcase my ability and get a good education."
The scouting report on Bynes is he's a great hitter with a great nose for the football and gets to the ball in a hurry. He has a great motor and plays hard all game long. Never takes a play off.
Bynes earned first-team all-conference and first-team all-area after racking up 147 tackles, eight forced fumbles, five fumble recoveries and two sacks.
Bynes lists Auburn, LSU, Notre Dame, Iowa, Arizona State and UCLA as his early list of favorite schools.
During this interview Bynes was attending camp at LSU.
All but UCLA has offered Bynes a scholarship.
