OLB Landon McComber views UCLA as ‘truly special’ after official visit

While UCLA has been recruiting 2025 outside linebacker Landon McComber since his freshman year, his relationship with the staff had to take a change when his primary recruiter, Ken Norton Jr., left his alma mater to return to the NFL and accept a job with the Washington Commanders this offseason.

Things have not slowed down, though, with defensive analyst Scott White, graduate assistant Anthony Goliver and director of player personnel Stacey Ford picking up the pieces and collectively making an impression on the three-star recruit from Las Vegas (Nev.) Bishop Gorman.

McComber, who is coming off an official visit to Westwood this past weekend, told Bruin Blitz Tuesday evening that those three have been particularly relatable.
