Tuesday practice quick hits

The Bruins were back at practice this evening and it looked liked an installation day. It didn't appear as crisp as previous practices. Many times that could be a case of the players learning the plan. Wednesday practices are usually sharper and Thursday as it gets closer to game day is really a high energy affair.
UCLA head coach, Rick Neuheisel liked his team's energy and was happy with their performance. He feels team is getting ready and looking forward to their last home game of the season.

Neuheisel knows that his team must give their best effort because Colorado is coming off their first ever conference win and they are extremely motivated to keep the good thing going.
The Bruins of course still hold their own destiny in their hands and if they win out they play for the conference championship, it's as simple as that.
A lot of the talk this week will be about UCLA's seniors playing their last game in the Rose Bowl unless of course they strike lightning in a bottle and win out the season and by doing so represent the Pac 12 in the actual Rose Bowl, but that is a long shot.
One of the seniors who will be playing is Taylor Embree and of course his dad Jon Embree is Colorado's head coach. It is going to be a family memory for a lifetime. Obviously the seniors will play with a lot of emotion.
Cassius Marsh picked off a pass tonight during practice and had a very good practice.
Though senior safety, Tony Dye is listed as questionable, he wasn't wearing his old number tonight and it wasn't in red. That was something that he mentioned after practice. He wants to get out there and help his team win because if they do so they can win the Southern Division. Dye was seeing a doctor after practice.
Safety Alex Mascarenas was in a red jersey and is considered questionable at this time, but the thinking is he will get cleared to play this week..
Linebacker Jordan Zumwalt was back in practice and did some individual work, but not too much. He is considered questionable.
Quarterback, Richard Brehaut participated in some team stuff and is considered probable.
Running back Derrick Coleman was back at practice and should be good to go with his hip injury.
Safety Glenn Love also participated in practice and is considered probable.
Offensive guard, Chris Ward and safety Dietrich Riley are out of Saturday's game.
Cornerback, Anthony Jefferson is cleared to play, but the question is he ready to play.
