One player on UCLA’s radar in the 2025 class could be on the verge of a scholarship offer — depending on how the start to his upcoming senior high school season plays out.

Sidney Dupuy, a three-star defensive end at San Diego (Calif.) Cathedral Catholic, told Bruin Blitz at Tuesday’s prospect camp at UCLA that the coaching staff will make a decision after his first three games in the upcoming season.

Before Dupuy competed alongside the rest of the 2025 campers, he offered his thoughts on the interest from UCLA and how it all came about.
