UCLA's hot March stayed warm on Saturday.
Just days after landing their first 2018 commitments from safety Jhevon Hill and athlete Isaiah Johnson, the Bruins scored a commitment from two-way lineman Aaron Maldonado.
The 6-foot-3, 305-pound lineman can play on the interior of either the D-line or the offensive line. At this month's Nike camp, Maldonado worked as a defensive tackle.
The La Puente (Calif.) Bishop Amat athlete held offers from Cal, BYU, Dartmouth, Hawaii and New Mexico in addition to his Bruin scholarship.
