MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif. — The second day of the Elite 11 Finals featured 2026 Downey (Calif.) four-star quarterback Oscar Rios and the rest of the participants taking part in an accuracy challenge and pro day workout at Mira Costa High School.

Rios scored 49 points in the accuracy challenge and a score of 42 in the pro day workout.
